One of the best resources I’ve found for the new or seasoned Mac user is Don McAllister’s ScreenCastsOnline. Don lives in Liverpool and was an IT specialilst for years before buying a Mac on a whim in 2005. He evangelized about Macs to his family and friends and initially created video podcasts to help them better understand Mac software. That developed into a website, free videos and eventually a paid subscription service (although many videos are still free, just at lower resolutions). I joined within a week of finding his site. It’s an incredible value.
Don’s produced an introductory video explaining his work in greater detail. There’s also a video of Robert Scoble interviewing Don back in 2006.
I think Don’s work is terrific. Watch some of the free videos and see if you don’t agree.
